Do you offer discounts?
Yes! When you subscribe to our Newsletter we offer you a 10% discount, on your first order, at the time of joining and once you join us we keep you informed on the upcoming discounts and also keep you updated with all the new products and new deals.
How secure is my online shopping? Will my data be protected?
Your data is secure with us and we take steps to ensure that all our customers are protected. All transactions with Panhandle Promos are SSL encrypted.
What is the procedure to get my promotional products made?
Simply follow the order procedures on the product page. Please provide all information necessary to complete the order (see our Submitting Artwork section for all Artwork requirements and specifications). We will oversee your order from start to finish to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for.
What if I don't have Artwork ready?
Let us know through the ordering procedure and we'll help you get Artwork ready for production.
If I don't have Artwork ready, will I be charged for Artwork?
We never charge to convert Artwork into a production ready file (i.e. convert JPG to EPS file). If we have to create a design from scratch or make significant changes to a current design, there may be additional charges. Contact Us with any questions or more details on Artwork.
Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
We don't accept returns, but we will rerun or refund an order if there was an error in production or if there was a defect with your product(s) after delivery. Please call or email us within 7 days after delivery to report product deficiencies.
How long does the delivery take?
Every Promotional Product order has different production times. As a general rule, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days after your order has been processed for delivery of your order.
What if I need my order by a certain date for an event?
Let us know during the ordering procedure. This is also known as an "In Hands Date". Rush orders are subject to additional charges. Contact Us for details.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods as Visa, Master Card, American express, Discover and PayPal.
Can I amend my order?
Yes! With our Worry-Free Ordering program all orders are sent to us before payment is processed. This means we will reach out to you before beginning production and if you would like to amend your order, we will make it happen.
What is Worry-Free Ordering?
Worry-Free Ordering was put in place because we know that ordering promotional products online can be daunting. We eliminate that stress by allowing customers to place orders without immediate payment. You won't pay us a dime until you are 110% comfortable with your promotional product order.
What's the Price Match Guarantee?
Find a better price from our online competitors and we'll match it. Simply snip an image of the total from a competitor's site and email it to us.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We offer shipping worldwide. Please note that International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Do I have to order the minimum quantity?
Many of our items are available for purchase under the required minimum quantity. Ordering under the minimum quantity is subject to additional charges. Contact us for more details.
Can I get my order delivered to a different address?
Yes! When ordering please specify an alternative address where you want your delivery. You need to mention the different delivery address in the Order Notes.
Can I see my product(s) with my logo on them before I buy?
Yes! Virtual proofs are always free of charge. Please contact us for details.
